following positions in Jamshedpur :
Maintenance:
-
GM / DGM/ Sr. Mgr / Manager
(Mechanical, Electrical & Hydraulics) :
BE / Diploma with 5 to 15 yrs exp. CNC
maintenance background, good spare parts
management, preventive & breakdown maintenance.
Sound knowledge of TPM & Gemba Kaizen are a
definite advantage.
-
Shift In-charge : Dip.
in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 3 yrs
experience in mechanical elements, hydraulics
and pneumatics. **Capable of handling problems
independently and guiding co-workmen.
-
Sr. Fitter : ITI with
5 yrs of experience with Basic knowledge in
mechanical elements, hydraulics & pneumatics.
**Capable of handling problems independently in
the shift. Hand on experience on machine tool
(both conventional and
CNC machines)
(** Mandatory Skills )
Quality Assurance:
-
GM / DGM/ Sr. Mgr /
Manager : BE / Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering. 5 to 15 yrs experience with
implementation knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM & TPM
are preferred.
-
System Audit / ISO : DGM/ Sr.
Mgr / Manager : BE / Diploma with 5 to 10 yrs of
experience with lead auditor background &
implementation knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM , TPM
, OSHAS are required.
Human Resources:
-
Sr. Mgr / Manager : MBA with
5 to 10 yrs experience in implementation of HR
in the Plant level. Ideal candidate should have
sound knowledge in PMS, JD, Hay Method of Job
Evaluation, Job Analysis, Competency Mapping,
Capacity Planning and T&D activities.
