Should be B.E
(Mechanical/Electrical) and MBA with 5 years of exp
with knowledge of Press Line Project, Press
Forgings, Installation and Commissioning, execution
to production stage . The Incumbent would primarily
be responsible for planning and implementation of
project, manage project budget , plan and schedule
project timelines , track project deliverables using
appropriate tools .

QGeneral Manager ( HR):
Should be a Postgraduate in HR&IR
with 5 years experience in plant HR&IR . The
incumbent will be responsible for Recruitment /
Resourcing, Performance Management System linked
with Talent Management, Training & Development,
Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations &
Industrial Discipline, Statutory Compliance &
Quality System. Should have knowledge of TS 16949:
2002 practices, OHSAS 18001: 2007, ISO 14001 & SA
8000.

Qualification and
Experience : Degree / Diploma in Electronics
/Mechanical Engg with 4 to 5 Years experience
Should be responsible for
reducing the downtime of Plant & Machinery and to
handle shift manpower as Shift Incharge of
Maintenance department.
Should be capable of planning and
executing the preventive and predictive maintenance
schedules, planning of spare parts. Should know
systems like TPM, Quality circle, etc.
Applicant for Sr. Engineer (
Mechanical) should have hands on experience and
thorough knowledge on hydraulic presses, Ring
Rolling Mills, CNC Machining centers, Turning
centers, Special purpose and gear cutting machines.
Applicant for Sr. Engineer
(Electrical) should have hands on experience and
thorough knowledge on Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain
CNCs, AC anolog and digital drives, master drives,
Machining centers, Turning centers, Special purpose
and gear cutting machines.
Applicant for Sr. Engineer (
Hydraulic) should have hands on experience and
thorough knowledge all types of Hydraulic Pumps,
Servo Valves, Hydraulic presses, Ring Rolling mills,
CNC Machining Centres, Turning Centres, Special
purpose and gear cutting machines.

Should be a Diploma / Degree in
Mechanical Engineering . Should have detailed
